COURSE OVERVIEW
So many of you loved this class, and Chandra is thrilled to bring it back in a new form — live, online, and intimate.
Releasing into Presence is a weekly online gathering where Dharma talks, mystical stories, meditations, mantra, movement, and singing chants are woven together into a living, breathing practice. These are not separate techniques but one unfolding invitation — to support body, breath, and mind in returning, again and again, to our natural state.
Each session is enhanced by community and collective practice. Something always emerges that couldn’t have been planned. That’s the heart of it.
This is also an emergent space — a place for Chandra to develop and deepen this work in real time, in community with you. Your presence, your open hearts, and your donations make it all possible.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Each class weaves together some or all of the following:
- Dharma Talks & Mystical Stories — Drawing from Buddhist and Hindu wisdom traditions, Chandra brings the teachings alive through story and insight.
- Meditation — A richness of techniques including mindfulness of breathing, shamatha (calm abiding), and vipashyana (insight), including more advanced practices such as settling the mind in its natural state and awareness of awareness.
- Mantra & Chant — Explore mantra recitation and singing, with and without musical accompaniment, including melodies from Chandra’s 21 Taras Collective project. Breath practices, pranayama, will also be shared.
- Movement — Gentle, accessible yoga and meditative movement to bring ease and comfort to your practice and your life.
